Although advisors and agents can call or email 50 Below at any time for advice, 50 Below proactively offers three levels of structured training:
Scheduled Phone Consultations.
At least twice annually, an advisor’s assigned Client Service Specialist meets to answer questions, offer marketing tips, walk through any upgrades or changes, evaluate and set goals, and create action items to ensure the website’s effectiveness. Although we have sample agendas that can be followed, this time is the advisor’s and should be used to guarantee tools offered by 50 Below are working effectively within the advisor’s marketing plan.
Branch Seminars.
50 Below employs trained professionals in major metro areas across the country that are available to host training seminars in your branch offices. Seminar topics range from general website familiarization to ways advisors can increase email response rates. Branch seminars are concise and non-intrusive. A course syllabus is available to branch managers who want to help their advisors expand their web-related marketing efforts.
Regional/National Corporate Training.
Frequently, 50 Below is invited to be a part of advisor development on a corporate level. 50 Below is available as a resource to schedule into your corporation’s new advisor training and ongoing advisor development plans. Courses offered include instruction regarding online personal branding, client-advisor communication, using search engines as a referral tool, general website familiarization, and more. Training includes a formal workbook that consists of written and interactive exercises, role-playing, educational games, and “take away” materials to help advisors back in their branches.
